Difficult to Give-Up Smoking?

When you are hooked on smoking it becomes a habit, from the very first time you have it in your hands, puffing on the cigarette, it becomes a habit, and you do not know what you are inhaling in your body. And of course you also affect everyone with what you are exhaling from the smoke.

So how does a person can actually give up smoking if it is an addiction? There are many ways to stop smoking it is just a matter of how, when, why and where to start.

Let us first answer the question “Why?” why do we want to give up smoking at the first place if we are finding satisfaction from these. A person must identify to himself that having to give up smoking is a good thing for yourself and for everyone that surrounds you.

“How?” like what I said there are many ways how to stop smoking but it must come to you first on why you must quit before you can work on the how to fully stop. Everything is from within you, there are no secret methods, and it’s just you!

“When”, whether we say it to start now, in actuality it will never happen, this is a gradual stage, so first teach to mindset yourself that you are ready to end this habit, then you will find when you will stop smoking.

And lastly “Where”, do I still need to answer this? Everything starts from you, if you want to commit to a healthy living then act now wherever you are.
